Easy Macaroni & Cheese


Easy, breezy, and cheesy.


This macaroni and cheese recipe is quick to make, inexpensive, and low calorie. I don't always measure the ingredients with a high level of precision, so feel free to adapt as well!


For one serving:


Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked pasta

  • 1 cup vegetable broth

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • Dash of paprika

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in mixture of vegetable broth and milk, stirring often.

  • Strain pasta then return to pan.

  • Mix with shredded cheese and paprika.

  • Enjoy!
