Easy Macaroni & Cheese
Easy, breezy, and cheesy.
This macaroni and cheese recipe is quick to make, inexpensive, and low calorie. I don't always measure the ingredients with a high level of precision, so feel free to adapt as well!
For one serving:
Ingredients
1 cup uncooked pasta
1 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Dash of paprika
Instructions
Cook the pasta in mixture of vegetable broth and milk, stirring often.
Strain pasta then return to pan.
Mix with shredded cheese and paprika.
Enjoy!
